The main floor boasts a sprawling open layout, featuring a large living room with a sectional sofa and a sizable flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to the open-concept dining and kitchen area. The well-appointed kitchen includes a huge island, 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers. Conveniently, there are also 2 laundry rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, each equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Nestled within a secure gated community of Solterra Resort, this home ensures peace of mind throughout your stay. Enjoy unrestricted access to both the home and the resort, including amenities like a modern clubhouse, sports courts, and a lagoon-style swimming pool.

Solterra Resort's new policy requires a one-time fee to gain access to the resort's amenities. If you wish to access the clubhouse amenities you will need to pay the resort a fee.

This cost is paid to the resort upon your arrival, not to us.
